All in stock items will be shipped within 5 business days from reciept of order. Shipments are made via courier sent at an additional cost to the customer as outlined upon checkout. Rates are calculated by order value, size and destination offering the quickest delivery service.
Return Policy
If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at info@cottagewatersystem.com so we can promptly correct it. Most items in original condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned in unused, like-new condition.
Important Note: Except in cases where the return is the result of error by the shipper, the item arrives damaged or defective, original shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all return shipping costs.
